National Baking Week

17th to 23rd October is National Baking Week!

At the bake and crafthouse we don't usually need an excuse to get baking but if you have been thinking about trying out a new recipe or baking for the first time, this is definitely the week to do it!

As usual there are lots of baking classes for children this week at the bake and crafthouse and don't forget to book a workshop for the half term holiday next week, the spaces are filling up fast. Click here for more details.

The recipe for the Apple & Honey muffins pictured above is in the next issue of Playground Magazine and will be published here on the blog very soon!

In the run up to Christmas we are planning some adult baking classes to prepare lots of tasty treats for the festive season including your Christmas cake, delicious stollen, mince pies and spiced biscuits.

If you don't have time to bake for yourself this week then don't worry! bake and crafthouse will have a stall at the Cranbrook Farmers Market this Saturday, selling lots of delicious cakes between 9 and 12 at the Vestry Hall.
